In a deal expected to provide additional resources needed to advance innovation in the over-the-counter drugs and supplements markets, Gloucester, MA-based First Boston Pharma has acquired NutraMax, Products, Inc., a contract manufacturer of solid dose and soft chew pharmaceuticals and dietary supplements. The company will continue to drive its growth strategy though investment in additional research and development, and in unique production capabilities.
